These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.electio.in (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. The Website is owned and operated by Electio Trading Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U46491MH2022PTC392814 (“Electio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We sell toys, consumer electronics and clothing to customers through the Website.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.
2.2 A person under 18 may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for any order placed.
3. Your Account
3.1 You may browse the Website without an account, but placing an order may require you to register or provide your details at checkout.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@electio.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
4. Products and Pricing
4.1 We make every effort to display products, colours, specifications and images accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product packaging may differ from the images shown.
4.2 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
4.3 Prices and availability may change without notice. The price payable is the price shown at the time you place your order.
4.4 If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Orders
5.1 Placing an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS; this confirms receipt of your order, not its acceptance.
5.2 A contract is formed when we dispatch the product to you.
5.3 We may decline or cancel an order, before or after confirmation, for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, a non-serviceable delivery address, or inaccurate customer information. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
5.4 We may limit the quantity of any product that can be bought per order or per customer.
6. Payment
6.1 Payments on the Website are processed by CCAvenue (Avenues India Private Limited), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and wallets as available on the payment page.
6.2 We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN. These details are entered directly on the payment gateway’s secure page and handled by CCAvenue and your bank in accordance with their own terms and RBI guidelines.
6.3 Your order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment authorisation. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will either be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider or refunded by us within 7 working days. You may write to contact@electio.in with your transaction date and reference number.
6.4 If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, we may share order, delivery and communication records with the bank and payment gateway to respond to it. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Warranty
9.1 Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer on its own terms, and warranty claims should be made with the manufacturer or its authorised service centre. We will help you with contact details and the invoice where needed.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to a remedy for defective goods.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you are not authorised to use;
- buy products for resale in a way that breaches the manufacturer’s terms or applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or other users’ accounts;
- upload viruses, malicious code or content that is defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone’s rights;
- copy, scrape or reproduce Website content without our written permission.
Our Dual-Use Goods Policy also applies to all orders and business dealings.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned by or licensed to Electio and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
12. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, as described in the Force Majeure section of our Shipping Policy.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Electio against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate Consumer Commission, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
